Stephanie Dharmasiri

Stephanie Dharmasiri has over 8 years experience in the field of Information Technology, working in both Asia and Australia. Her range of varied experience in IT encompasses software engineering, web development and teaching, with a specific acquired expertise in e-learning.

Stephanie commenced her career as a Software Engineer, working in the financial sector, where she was responsible for analysis, design, implementation and support for a number of system modules, for a major bank. Stephanie was subsequently appointed as a university lecturer, teaching software development.

Over the last five years, Stephanie has specialised in web development, and in particular, in development relating to learning management systems (LMS). She has assisted in the development of e-learning courses for commonwealth, state and local government, tertiary institutions and large corporations.

Stephanie has advanced skills in application design and development (web, Windows and mobile), relational database design and development (SQL Server, Oracle), and product development, with competency in a range of platforms.
